Delivery & Pickup Service

 When placing an online order, customers will be prompted to select either in-store pickup or delivery when they reach the checkout page.

All delivery fees include both delivery and pickup. When delivery is selected at checkout, customers are reserving a round-trip service—we deliver your rental items before your event and return after the event to collect them.

Order Confirmation & Scheduling

Once an online order is placed, customers will receive a confirmation email. If delivery is selected, a member of our team will contact you prior to your event date to coordinate a specific delivery and pickup schedule.

Delivery Time Windows

Deliveries are scheduled in two-hour time windows:

• 8:00am – 10:00am
  
  
• 10:00am – 12:00pm
  
  
• 12:00pm – 2:00pm
  
  
• 2:00pm – 4:00pm
  
  
• 4:00pm – 6:00pm
  
  

We work with each client to assign the best available window based on route scheduling and event timing.

Pickup Time Windows

Pickups are also scheduled in two-hour time windows, coordinated in advance. When we arrive for pickup:

• All rental items must be fully broken down
  
  
• Items must be placed in the same location where they were originally delivered, unless other arrangements were made ahead of time
  
  

Setup & Breakdown

Delivery and pickup do not include setup or breakdown.

• Setup refers to installing, arranging, or assembling rental items
• Breakdown refers to dismantling, packing, or resetting items for pickup
  
  

Setup and breakdown services are available separately and must be added in advance. Breakdown is directly tied to setup and is not included with delivery alone.

Delivery Placement

At delivery, items will be placed:

• In a pre-designated location if no one is present, or
  
  
• In a location selected on-site if a client or representative is available
  
  

Unattended deliveries must be coordinated ahead of time to ensure clear access and placement instructions.

Delivery Fees (Includes Pickup)

Delivery (and pickup) pricing is a flat-rate and distance-based, not based on order size. The same delivery fee applies whether your order includes a single item or a large installation. Delivery rates will automatically be calculated based on the distance between the delivery address provided at checkout and our main location, 21 W. 21st St. Richmond, VA 23225.

• Up to 15 miles – $75
  
  
• 15–20 miles – $100
  
  
• 20–30 miles – $150
  
  
• 30–40 miles – $200
  
  
• 40–50 miles – $250
  
  
• 50–60 miles – $350
  
  
• Over 60 miles – requires customized rate
  
  
• There is no minimum order for delivery.
